Terms of use
Parents and guardians should read these terms before using the app. Together with the privacy policy, they explain the service, responsibilities and data choices.
1. Agreement and scope
These terms cover Little Growers and easyrep.app. Operator identity and contact are provided in the final privacy policy and support page; this document is a draft until those details are confirmed. Apps obtained from the App Store are also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These terms do not replace that licence or exclude rights under local law.
2. Parent or guardian supervision
Minors should use the app with informed consent and suitable supervision from a parent or guardian. Adults manage accounts, assessment consent, purchases and external pages. Use age-appropriate large materials for offscreen play, avoid choking hazards and choose suitable session lengths.
3. Service and limitations
The current version offers basic maths, apple-sharing exploration, a story activity, fruit vocabulary and sentence examples, optional online pronunciation assessment and family activity prompts. Content is limited to what is shown in the app and is not a full school curriculum. Progress is local, without cloud sync. Feedback is for practice and does not guarantee learning outcomes, grades or professional diagnosis.
4. Account security
Basic learning needs no registration; online assessment requires an adult account. Keep adult account information accurate and credentials secure. Do not share passwords with children. Contact support about suspicious access and do not bypass permissions, forge requests or abuse the service.
5. Appropriate use and audio
Only submit practice recordings you are entitled to provide. Do not send others’ private information, unlawful content or unnecessary sensitive details. Do not attack, disrupt, overload or distribute the service without permission. Abusive requests may be limited to protect normal use.
6. Content and intellectual property
Code, illustrations, interfaces and learning materials belong to their respective rights holders. Use is licensed for personal and family learning under the applicable terms. You or the relevant rights holder retain rights in recordings; submission authorises processing needed to fulfil the request, as described in the privacy policy.
7. Payments and subscriptions, if offered
If the release offers paid items, Apple’s purchase confirmation shows the price, currency, duration and trial terms. Adults must authorise auto-renewal; manage or cancel it in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests follow Apple’s process.
8. Availability, updates and stopping use
Online assessment depends on connectivity and third-party availability. Spoken examples depend on device voices. Maintenance and faults may interrupt service, and content may be updated. You may stop using the app, revoke microphone access, request account deletion in settings and remove local records by deleting app data.
9. Legal rights and responsibility
The service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. We address network, device and third-party limitations within reasonable bounds. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or non-excludable liability. Contact support to seek resolution; applicable law and jurisdiction must not deprive you of statutory protection.
10. Updates and contact
